Kryeministri në detyrë i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, sot dorëzoi komentet në lidhje me kërkesën e Gjykatës Kushtetuese, për dekretin e shpallur nga Presidenti, pak para orës 16:00 të premten e datës 30 prill, thonë nga Zyra e Kryeministrit.

“Ndër të tjera, bazuar në argumentet e paraqitura iu kërkua Gjykatës që të shpallë kërkesën të pranueshme dhe të shpallë dekretin e Presidentit nr.24/2020 të pavlefshëm dhe në kundërshtim me nenet 4.1, 84.4 dhe 84.14 të Kushtetutës së Republikës së Kosovës”, thuhet në njoftimin e Zyrës së kryeministrit.
